Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days from the date you receive your item.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Perishable goods, personal care items, undergarments, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not following care instructions will not be accepted.
Process for Exchange
Contact our customer service team within the 7-day period.
Once your request is approved, you will need to return the item to us at your own cost.
After inspection, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
Exchange Options
You may exchange for the same item (different size/variant, if available) or another product of equal value.
If the replacement product has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fee and send you the correct item at no extra charge.
