Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive them.

Condition of Item: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: An order number or receipt is required to process the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).

Personal care items, undergarments, and hygiene-related products.

Clearance or promotional items.

Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.

2. Cancellations

Before Order is Shipped: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. A full refund will be issued.

After Order is Shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you may proceed with a return once you receive the item (see Return Policy above).

Special/Custom Orders: Cancellations are not allowed for custom-made or personalized items once the order is confirmed.

3. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the product.

We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
